5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in East Sussex seeks an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations ensuring the highest of service standards are maintained for their distinguished clientele. The right applicant will have overall responsibility for the restaurant, lounge, bars, room service, night-club and conference and banqueting operations. Experience within a similar role at 4*5 star standards is essential as well as excellent team management and communication skills. You will be working 5 out of 7 days, 45 hours per week, flexible shifts with hours to include weekends and reporting to the Deputy General Manager.
